In an emergency everyone has to know their role and be empowered to complete their tasks. Building good relationships, effective communication and efficient team work are essential to a safe and speedy rescue.

AP will take you and your colleagues through several rescue skills in order to build a stronger and more effective team. On the day you will be on the water at Royal Docks to test your teams’ ability to work together to navigate the boat in tight spots. We’ll also test your communication skills with VHF radio training and understanding clear and effective use of language. The day also includes how we can work better as teams, thinking about psychological first aid and how we can apply this to both ourselves and colleagues.
